Job Description

The Ingram Digital Strategy team is looking for a Senior UX Designer to be an integral part of the design team that supports initiatives for our digital customer experience. The position involves regular communication with senior leadership across business, digital strategy, and technology, therefore, executive presentation skills are essential for this opportunity. Maintain customer archetypes and user personas to ensure the stakeholders understand the needs of our customers. Rally the product and design teams around a shared design thinking methodology and culture. Collaborate with product management, business, engineering and other stakeholders to develop industry-standard products. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of design experience

  • 2+ years designing for eCommerce site

  • Experience working with engineers, product managers, and user researchers to drive and execute.

  • Experience working in the B2B and ecommerce space a plus

  • Experience in building / maintaining design systems and A/B testing a plus.
