  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations of the organization.
  2. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to achieve company goals.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management.
  4. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Manage and lead a team of accountants, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  6. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and procedures.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to establish and maintain internal controls and processes.
  8. Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
  9. Analyze and interpret financial data to make strategic business decisions.
  10. Identify areas for cost reduction and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax advisors, and banks.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.
  13. Participate in the development and implementation of new financial systems and processes.
  14. Communicate financial information and updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
  15. Act as a liaison between the accounting department and other departments within the organization.
  16. Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and documented.
  17. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.
  18. Train and mentor team members on accounting principles, processes, and systems.
  19. Collaborate with HR to recruit, hire, and onboard new team members.
  20. Foster a positive and productive work environment within the accounting team.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Accounting Or Finance, With At Least 5 Years In A Management Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field; Cpa Certification Preferred.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Gaap And Financial Reporting Standards, Including Experience With Sec Reporting.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team Of Accounting Professionals.

  • Experience In A Multinational Company Or In A Complex, High-Volume Accounting Environment Preferred.
