- Receive and process equipment from various vendors in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the equipment operations team to ensure all equipment meets company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all equipment received and processed.
- Inspect equipment for any damages or defects and report findings to the appropriate team.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve any issues with equipment received.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and proper storage of equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Keep updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures while handling equipment.
- Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency.
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment operations processes and procedures.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet or exceed performance goals set by management.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input to improve team performance.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Equipment Operations, Preferably In An Inbound Warehouse Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Inventory Management Systems And Proficiency In Using Warehouse Management Software.
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills, With Experience In Managing And Training A Team Of Equipment Operators.
Strong Problem-Solving Abilities And Attention To Detail, With A Focus On Maintaining Accuracy And Efficiency In Equipment Operations.
