Ingram Micro is seeking a Partner Sales Manager (w/m/d) for our HPE division. As a Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with our partners and promoting HPE's innovative solutions. We are looking for a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a track record of exceeding sales targets.   1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets for HPE solutions.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive sales and increase market share.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to expand the partner network.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions to increase sales.
  5. Provide product training and support to partners to ensure they are knowledgeable and confident in selling HPE solutions.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  7. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of HPE's products and solutions to effectively communicate their value to partners.
  8. Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, such as product development and technical support, to address any issues or concerns.
  9. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management for review.
  10. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote HPE solutions.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in the IT landscape to make informed sales decisions.
  12. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and support each other in achieving overall sales goals.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Background: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Sales, Preferably In A Partner Or Channel Sales Role. They Should Possess Exceptional Negotiation Skills And Be Able To Drive Revenue Growth Through Effective Sales Strategies.

  • Knowledge Of Hpe Products And Solutions: The Partner Sales Manager Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Hpe's Product Portfolio And Solutions. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Hpe's Go-To-Market Strategy And Its Competitive Landscape.

  • Partner Management Experience: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Relationships With Partners And Resellers. This Includes Identifying And Developing New Partnerships, As Well As Maintaining And Strengthening Existing Ones.

  • Business Acumen: The Partner Sales Manager Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Business And Financial Principles, And Be Able To Analyze Data And Make Strategic Decisions To Drive Business Growth.

  • Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Key Liaison Between Ingram Micro And Hpe, The Partner Sales Manager Should Have Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Teams And External Partners To Achieve Mutual Goals.
