We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Global Environmental, Health, and Safety to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing our company-wide environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all local, state, and international regulations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout our organization.   1. Develop and implement company-wide environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and international regulations.
  2. Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards or areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with department leaders to develop and execute safety training programs for all employees.
  5. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all environmental, health, and safety matters.
  6. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to continually improve the company's environmental, health, and safety programs.
  7. Lead incident investigations and ensure proper reporting and documentation.
  8. Manage relationships with external agencies and organizations related to environmental, health, and safety.
  9. Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
  10. Monitor and analyze data related to environmental, health, and safety performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  11. Chair and/or participate in safety committee meetings.
  12. Communicate and promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization.
  13. Collaborate with supply chain partners to ensure their compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.
  14. Manage and allocate resources effectively to support environmental, health, and safety initiatives.
  15. Act as a key member of the leadership team in decision-making related to environmental, health, and safety matters.
  16. Develop and manage the department budget.
  17. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  18. Represent the company in environmental, health, and safety matters to external stakeholders.
  19. Develop and maintain relationships with industry associations and regulatory agencies.
  20. Continuously review and improve processes and procedures to enhance the company's environmental, health, and safety performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Environmental Science, Occupational Health And Safety, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In Environmental, Health, And Safety Management, Preferably In A Global Organization.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Global Environmental Regulations And Standards, Including Osha, Epa, And Iso 14001.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience In Developing And Implementing Ehs Policies, Procedures, And Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
