- Develop and implement demand planning strategies to optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability for customers in the EMEA region.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer demand, and sales data to accurately forecast product demand and anticipate potential supply chain issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to gather and incorporate information for demand planning purposes.
- Utilize statistical forecasting methods and tools to generate accurate demand plans and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities to management, and take proactive measures to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Continuously monitor and analyze inventory levels to optimize stock levels and minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
- Conduct periodic reviews and analysis of demand plans, and make adjustments as needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their unique demand patterns and incorporate them into the overall demand planning process.
- Stay updated on industry and market trends, and incorporate them into demand planning strategies to drive continuous improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Demand Planning, Preferably In A Multinational Company In The Emea Region.
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Demand Planning Software And Tools.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And With International Teams.
Understanding Of Regional Market Trends And Economic Factors That Impact Demand Forecasting.
