  1. Develop and implement demand planning strategies to optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability for customers in the EMEA region.
  2. Monitor and analyze market trends, customer demand, and sales data to accurately forecast product demand and anticipate potential supply chain issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to gather and incorporate information for demand planning purposes.
  4. Utilize statistical forecasting methods and tools to generate accurate demand plans and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities to management, and take proactive measures to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  6. Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any supply chain issues.
  7. Continuously monitor and analyze inventory levels to optimize stock levels and minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
  8. Conduct periodic reviews and analysis of demand plans, and make adjustments as needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their unique demand patterns and incorporate them into the overall demand planning process.
  10. Stay updated on industry and market trends, and incorporate them into demand planning strategies to drive continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Demand Planning, Preferably In A Multinational Company In The Emea Region.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Demand Planning Software And Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And With International Teams.

  • Understanding Of Regional Market Trends And Economic Factors That Impact Demand Forecasting.
