Warehouse Coordinator

The Warehouse Coordinator position will assist the Grocery Department with the overall day-to-day functions and managing personnel within the department. Assist managers with overall operations of the grocery department. Delegate tasks to associates and ensure tasks are completed in a safe and efficient manner. Manage, review, and approve associate attendance and payroll on a daily and weekly basis. Manage and approve/deny associate time off request based on company needs. Responsible for writing and conducting associate counseling and performance evaluations, on an as needed basis. Routinely conducts shift meetings and keeps continuous communication and feedback with associates. Works harmoniously with other departments and managers to achieve company goals.
