1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
2. Provide personalized and exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs and answering any questions they may have.
3. Build relationships with customers through one-on-one interactions, making them feel valued and appreciated.
4. Understand and promote the store's products and services to customers, including any current promotions or specials.
5. Use company-provided technology to efficiently and accurately fulfill customer orders and maintain accurate inventory records.
6. Maintain a clean and organized personal shopping area, ensuring that all products are properly stocked and labeled.
7. Communicate with customers regarding any substitutions or out-of-stock items, offering suitable alternatives and ensuring customer satisfaction.
8. Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, finding solutions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure all orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
10. Continuously assess and improve personal shopping processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
11. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide customers with the best shopping experience.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
13. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed of new products, services, and procedures.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the store.
