As a Personal Shopper, you will have the unique opportunity to assist our customers in finding the perfect products for their needs and preferences.   1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs and preferences.
  3. Utilize product knowledge to make recommendations and provide information about various products.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and their locations within the store.
  5. Keep up-to-date with current promotions, sales, and discounts to effectively communicate them to customers.
  6. Accurately and efficiently fulfill online and phone orders, ensuring all items are correctly selected and packaged.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all products are properly stocked and rotated.
  8. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail to ensure all orders are accurately fulfilled and delivered in a timely manner.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure all customer orders are completed efficiently and effectively.
  10. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and clean shopping environment for customers.
  11. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the overall customer experience.
  12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed personal and team sales goals.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to provide the best possible service to customers.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
  15. Be flexible and adaptable to changing job duties to meet the needs of the business.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Personal Shopper At Ingles Markets Must Possess Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Understand Their Needs And Preferences.

  • Extensive Product Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of All Products Available At Ingles Markets, Including Their Features, Benefits, And Pricing. This Will Enable Them To Make Informed Recommendations To Customers.

  • Attention To Detail: Personal Shoppers Must Pay Close Attention To Detail To Ensure That Customer Orders Are Accurate And Meet Their Specific Requirements. This Includes Checking For Any Special Requests, Allergies, Or Dietary Restrictions.
