
Technical Support Engineer
At Ingersoll Rand, we are looking for a motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service, resolving technical issues, and troubleshooting customer hardware and software problems. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, have strong technical knowledge, and be highly organized. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience in a technical support role. We are looking for a team player with excellent customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for learning. Responsibilities: • Provide high-level customer service for all incoming inquiries and technical issues • Troubleshoot customer hardware and software problems in a timely manner • Develop solutions to customer issues by using problem-solving skills and technical knowledge • Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner • Work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient resolutions • Document customer inquiries and resolutions for future reference • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer service is delivered in a timely manner • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and products related to customer inquiries
