- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition programs to attract top talent for the company.
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent partners.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidate qualifications, culture fit, and potential for success within the company.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and decision making.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the success of recruitment programs and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve the company's recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to onboard and integrate new hires into the company culture.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support in their development and performance.
- Participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment events to promote the company and attract top talent.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition And Recruitment, Preferably In A Global Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies And Best Practices, Including Sourcing, Candidate Assessment And Selection, And Onboarding.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Experience Managing And Developing A Team, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful Talent Acquisition Initiatives.
