
Product Technical Support Specialist
Manage customer problem resolution activities at the field level. May include facilitating product replacement, repair or return. Will also include submitting requests for additional assistance when required via Quality Management System. Provide product support to Marketing and Sales teams including the review and proofreading of product catalogs and literature. Represent Technical Support on new product development teams by providing input on product serviceability, quality and reliability issues. Provide product training for channel partners, end customers and other Ingersoll Rand employees Role will make decisions on behalf of Ingersoll Rand in order to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction. Provide application support and troubleshoot electronic controller with electronic interfaced diaphragm & electric pumps.
Good understanding of electrical/electronic components and their applications.
Electrical/electronic sensor knowledge and function.
Bilingual in Spanish desirable.
