Logistics & Service Coordinator

Answer incoming service calls and schedule technicians. Create and process service requests including, repair, preventative maintenance and warranty work. Generate and follow-up on service quotes and seek new business whenever possible. Submitting warranty claims and shipping parts to factory. Answering technical questions and problem resolution. Champion process for accruing new customer Purchase Orders for Service Agreements with expired Purchase Orders. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing. Managing local service inventory such as ordering necessary service parts, reconciliation of Technician Truck and Tote stock, and In-transit receiving. Additional shipping and receiving requirements as needed. Ensure environmental, health and safety; and Operational Excellence adherence in the Customer Center. Earn Customer Loyalty by effectively and efficiently managing customer interactions, ensuring positive and proactive communication to both internal and external customers.
