
Internship - HR
The HR Intern’s primary duties will be to assist with management of our recruiting process by identifying and onboarding top talent. The intern will help with responsibilities such as: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, background management, and creating offers of employment. Screen resumes and track candidates throughout hiring process in our applicant tracking system. Assist with scheduling phone and onsite interviews. Partner with hiring managers to ensure follow-up with candidates. Assist candidates with initiating background checks and work with extended HR team to manage background processing. Additional project based assignments based on level of interest.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
