Job Description

Ingersoll Rand is looking for an Indirect Tax Accountant who is a highly organized, analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for the calculation, preparation, and filing of indirect taxes such as sales and use tax, value-added tax (VAT), and/or other transactional taxes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, as well as at least three years of experience in an indirect tax role. Additionally, the successful candidate must be knowledgeable of US and international indirect tax regulations, be well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, and have experience with tax accounting software solutions.
