HRIS Analyst - Kronos

This role will lead the design, development, programming and support of custom interfaces, programs, and reports within the Kronos application suite. In addition, this role will develop new and innovative ways to automate HR functions and processes to gain efficiencies by supporting upgrades, testing and other technical projects. Responds to issues with appropriate sense of urgency; following up with customers with resolutions in a timely manner. Manage on-time project delivery and business expectations and ensure internal customer satisfaction. Work with payroll every week to help with payroll re-conciliation work within Kronos. Work with local T&A admins to ensure that all sign-offs and approvals are done on time before payroll processing. Provide training to new managers who needs to be setup in Kronos. Provides training to T&A admins to ensure that they understand the processes.
