  1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews, reviewing resumes, and conducting new hire orientations.
  2. Coordinate and maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  3. Participate in employee relations activities, including conducting exit interviews and addressing employee concerns.
  4. Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  5. Support performance management processes, including performance evaluations and goal setting.
  6. Assist with the administration of benefits and compensation programs.
  7. Conduct research and analyze data to support HR projects and initiatives.
  8. Provide support for HR compliance and regulatory requirements.
  9. Participate in training and development programs to enhance HR knowledge and skills.
  10. Perform general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining HR documents.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all employees and stakeholders.
  12. Complete assigned projects and tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Experience With Hr Software Systems.

  • Ability To Handle Confidential Information With Discretion And Professionalism.

  • Previous Experience Or Coursework In Hr, Recruitment, Or Employee Relations Preferred.
