The Global Product Lead will create plans for new products to be added to the portfolio and be the advisor on Industry trends both commercially and technically. Create the Strategic Product Plan for the expansion portfolio including developing and updating the 3 year product roadmap. Size, prioritize, and recommend development ideas for future development and make recommendations for product line strategy. Track product line sales and profitability. Create end of life and obsolescence policy for the portfolio. Identify opportunities for future sales growth (by developing new products and sales channels). Identify and implement product cost reductions as necessary to achieve product line income goals. Mange global training and product launches for total portfolio and ensure on time delivery to line up with strategic plan.
