In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a successful and efficient customer service experience, while leading a team to ensure high-level performance. You should be a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, able to think outside the box to optimize our distribution operations.To excel in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years' experience in distribution operations management, as well as a proven track record of leading a team and driving results. You should have a positive, customer-focused attitude and an ability to think critically and solve problems.
