CPS Service Technician

As a CPS Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. You will be a key part of our team, helping to ensure our customers receive the highest quality of service.The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications: • Thorough knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, components, and controls• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems• Ability to read and understand schematics, drawings, and blueprints• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Associate’s degree in HVAC/R or equivalent experience• Valid driver’s license and good driving recordIf you have the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot, inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems • Read and understand schematics, drawings, and blueprints • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues • Work in a fast-paced environment • Follow safety procedures to ensure the safety of customers and colleagues • Follow quality control standards to ensure customer satisfaction • Maintain and update records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance • Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems • Follow industry best practices for installation and maintenance of HVAC systems • Use specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems • Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding HVAC systems
