Job Description

At ING Group, we’re looking for an exceptional UX Researcher with a passion for understanding and improving user experiences. The ideal candidate should be an experienced and creative problem-solver who uses research to create meaningful, innovative solutions for our users.We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of user experience design principles, who is comfortable communicating their findings to stakeholders and working collaboratively with teams across the business.The successful candidate must have a degree in user experience or a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in UX research, including experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods. Practical experience with data analysis tools, such as SPSS and Tableau, is also desired. Previous experience working in an Agile environment would be beneficial.Above all, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about user experience and is excited to help us shape the future of our digital products.
