  1. Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to maximize the organization's financial assets.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of financial data and market trends to provide valuable insights and advice to senior management.
  3. Manage and oversee all aspects of treasury finance, including cash and liquidity management, funding and investment strategies, and foreign exchange risk management.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies related to treasury and finance operations.
  5. Monitor and analyze financial risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting and risk management, to ensure effective communication and alignment of financial strategies.
  7. Stay updated on industry developments and trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for the organization.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks and financial institutions, to support the organization's financial activities.
  9. Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and other stakeholders.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their knowledge and skills in treasury finance and risk management.
  11. Continuously review and improve treasury finance processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  12. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the organization's goals and objectives.

  14. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Treasury Finance, Control, Or Advisory Roles.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Markets, Instruments, And Risk Management Techniques.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Financial Strategies To Optimize Cash Flow And Manage Liquidity.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
