
Talent and Learning Manager

The Talent and Learning Manager will be responsible for leading the development of our talent and learning initiatives, which are critical to meeting our organizational goals.The ideal candidate will have experience in learning and development, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to effectively lead and communicate with various stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent and learning initiatives to meet organizational goals.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to effectively manage projects and initiatives.

- Monitor and evaluate learning initiatives to ensure successful outcomes.
- Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and foster collaboration.
- Think critically and make sound decisions to ensure organizational success.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assess the learning needs of the organization and develop effective solutions.
- Create and deliver training programs and workshops.
- Track and report on progress of initiatives and learning activities.
