Talent and Learning Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement talent and learning initiatives to meet organizational goals.
2. Utilize strong organizational skills to effectively manage projects and initiatives.
3. Lead and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
4. Monitor and evaluate learning initiatives to ensure successful outcomes.
5. Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and foster collaboration.
6. Think critically and make sound decisions to ensure organizational success.
7. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Assess the learning needs of the organization and develop effective solutions.
9. Create and deliver training programs and workshops.
10. Track and report on progress of initiatives and learning activities.
