- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key talent needs and create succession plans to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
- Design and deliver learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent management and learning and development to continuously improve and innovate our programs.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to assess current and future talent needs and create effective recruitment and retention strategies.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to employees at all levels to enhance their skills, performance, and career development.
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent and learning initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address skill gaps and training needs within the organization.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes a growth mindset.
- Serve as a role model and advocate for our company's values and culture, fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Extensive Experience In Talent Management And Learning Development, With A Minimum Of 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of The Financial Services Industry, Specifically In Banking And Insurance.
Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Successful Talent And Learning Programs That Align With Business Objectives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Internal Stakeholders At All Levels.
