
SME Global Business Incident Manager
We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual to join our Global Business Incident Management team at ING Group as the SME Global Business Incident Manager. As the SME Global Business Incident Manager, you will play an integral role in ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience when incidents occur within the Global Business domain.To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management. You should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills. A Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent is highly preferred. You will need to be able to think on your feet and have a customer-centric approach to problem solving. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will serve you well in this role. Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain policies and procedures for the Global Business Incident Management process
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and vendors
- Monitor incidents to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
- Analyze incident data to identify trends and recommend changes to prevent future incidents
- Manage and prioritize incident tickets in a timely manner
- Act as a point of contact for customers and stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to other team members on incidents and procedures
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents
- Develop and maintain documentation related to incident management processes
- Ensure that all incidents are handled in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss incident resolution progress
