As an RPA Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding our business processes, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing them to maximize efficiency. You will work closely with the RPA development teams to ensure that our solutions are meeting the needs of our stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in business analysis and process optimization. You must also have experience working with RPA solutions, and be comfortable with coding and scripting languages. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement RPA solutions to improve process efficiency.
  3. Troubleshoot issues with existing RPA solutions.
  4. Work with RPA development teams to ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs.
  5. Create process models and diagrams to document existing and proposed processes.
  6. Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials for RPA solutions.
  7. Monitor and report on the performance of RPA solutions.
  8. Identify and resolve issues that arise in the use of RPA solutions.
  9. Monitor changes in the industry and recommend process improvements.
  10. Utilize coding and scripting languages to optimize RPA solutions.

Compensation

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a RPA Business Analyst in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines is from ₱40,000 to ₱70,000 per month. This range depends on the experience and qualifications of the individual.
