  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including corporations, government agencies, and financial institutions.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Understand and anticipate client needs, and proactively offer solutions to meet those needs.
  4. Collaborate with various internal teams, such as sales, product development, and operations, to deliver customized solutions to clients.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the market, and use this knowledge to provide valuable insights and advice to clients.
  6. Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the client base.
  7. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  8. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
  9. Ensure all client interactions and transactions are in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service and be responsive to client needs at all times.
  11. Prepare and present regular reports on client relationships, sales activities, and business development efforts.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for ING Group, promoting our values of innovation and sustainability to clients and the wider community.
  13. Stay current on industry news and market developments, and use this knowledge to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Relationship Management Or Sales Within The Financial Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Institutional Client Relationships

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services, Including Investment Banking, Asset Management, And Risk Management

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Decision Makers.
