  1. Manage procurement processes: This includes sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services for the organization.
  2. Handle travel arrangements: Book flights, accommodations, and transportation for employees and clients traveling for business purposes.
  3. Ensure compliance: Follow company policies and procedures to ensure all procurement and travel activities are in line with regulations and budgetary guidelines.
  4. Maintain vendor relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
  5. Monitor expenses: Track and report on procurement and travel expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  6. Communicate effectively: Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand their procurement and travel needs and provide timely updates on status and changes.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and travel management to recommend improvements and innovations.
  8. Handle administrative tasks: Maintain accurate records of procurement and travel activities, process invoices, and handle any other administrative duties as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Vendors And Colleagues.
