Origination Associate, Asset Securitization

- Identify potential asset securitization opportunities and assess their viability for the company.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential transactions and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other key stakeholders to facilitate the origination process.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, risk, and finance to ensure smooth and timely execution of transactions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of various asset classes and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present pitch materials and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of transactions with clients.
- Monitor and track market developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends relevant to asset securitization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and related activities.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to expand network and promote the company's services.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and procedures related to asset securitization.
- Support and assist senior team members in all aspects of the origination process.
- Uphold the values and principles of the company, including a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and diversity.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Asset Securitization, Preferably In A Financial Institution.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Products, Including Securitization Structures, Credit Risk Analysis, And Regulatory Requirements.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Perform Complex Financial Analyses And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders And Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
