1. Develop and implement global mobility policies and procedures to support the international mobility needs of employees.
2. Serve as the main point of contact for all international mobility inquiries and provide guidance and support to employees and managers.
3. Collaborate with HR, legal, and finance teams to ensure compliance with all international employment and immigration laws.
4. Manage the end-to-end international assignment process, including assignment planning, compensation and benefits, and relocation.
5. Conduct pre-assignment briefings for employees and provide ongoing support throughout the assignment.
6. Track and monitor international assignments to ensure compliance and adherence to policies and timelines.
7. Manage relationships with external vendors, including relocation and immigration services, to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services.
8. Develop and maintain reports and analytics to measure the success and effectiveness of international mobility programs.
9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in global mobility and make recommendations for improvements or changes.
10. Provide training and support to HR and management teams on global mobility policies and processes.
11. Act as a liaison between employees, HR, and management to address any issues or concerns related to international assignments.
12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to international assignments.
13. Proactively identify and address potential risks or challenges related to international assignments.
14. Participate in global mobility projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall employee experience.
15. Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction for all international assignees.
