1. Develop and implement identity and access management policies, procedures, and standards in line with industry best practices and company objectives.
2. Conduct regular audits and assessments of user access rights and privileges to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
3. Collaborate with IT and security teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
4. Monitor and analyze access logs and reports to identify any anomalies or suspicious activity.
5. Manage user accounts and access requests, including creating, modifying, and revoking access as needed.

7. Investigate and resolve any access-related issues or incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
8. Provide training and support to employees on IAM protocols and procedures.

10. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns related to IAM.

13. Maintain documentation of IAM processes, procedures, and controls for auditing and compliance purposes.
14. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall security posture of the company.
15. Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and other events related to IAM.
