  1. Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address HR needs and opportunities, and provide innovative solutions.
  4. Act as a change agent by driving and supporting organizational change initiatives.
  5. Support and participate in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  6. Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and applicable laws.
  7. Advise and coach managers on performance management, employee development, and career growth.
  8. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure HR programs and policies are effective and compliant.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and programs.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  11. Partner with the learning and development team to identify and provide training and development opportunities for employees.
  12. Act as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate communication and foster a positive work environment.
  13. Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company goals.
  14. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.
  15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data.
  16. Represent the company in external HR events and conferences.
  17. Continuously evaluate HR processes and procedures and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Hr Role, Preferably As A Hr Business Partner Or Hr Manager.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives That Align With Business Objectives.
