Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Risk Management, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Risk Assessment Techniques And Models, Such As Value-At-Risk (Var) And Stress Testing.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Financial Information To Stakeholders.
