- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Trade Advisory & Structuring and Working Capital Solutions.
- Identify and target potential clients in the financial industry and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Actively prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
- Understand and analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure a comprehensive and competitive offering for clients.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to proactively identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.

Strong Sales And Negotiation Skills: A Successful Director Of Transaction Services Sales At Ing Group Must Possess Excellent Sales And Negotiation Skills To Attract And Retain Clients. This Includes The Ability To Identify And Capitalize On New Business Opportunities, As Well As Negotiate Complex Deals With Clients.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Trade Advisory & Structuring: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Trade Finance And Structuring Products, Including Letters Of Credit, Guarantees, And Supply Chain Finance. This Knowledge Is Essential To Effectively Advise Clients And Structure Tailored Solutions That Meet Their Specific Needs.
Experience In Working Capital Solutions: Ing Group Is A Leading Provider Of Working Capital Solutions, And The Director Of Transaction Services Sales Should Have Experience In This Area. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Cash Management, Liquidity Optimization, And Risk Management Solutions.
Client Relationship Management: The Director Of Transaction Services Sales Will Be Responsible For Managing And Developing Relationships With Key Clients. This Requires Excellent Communication Skills, The Ability To Understand Client Needs, And The Ability To Build Trust And Rapport With Clients.
