- Perform daily operations related to derivatives, including trade processing, reconciliation, and settlement.
- Monitor and confirm trades with counterparties to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update relevant databases and systems accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as traders and risk management, to ensure smooth and accurate trade flow.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations and internal policies and procedures.
- Analyze and report on operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure compliance.
- Participate in projects and initiatives to enhance operational processes and systems.
- Train and mentor junior team members on derivatives operations processes and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues or queries.
- Continuously review and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Uphold the company's values and represent ING Group in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Derivatives Operations Or A Similar Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Markets, Derivatives Products, And Relevant Regulations.
Proficiency In Financial Software And Systems, Such As Bloomberg, Reuters, And Murex.
Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
