  3. Offer personalized financial advice and guidance to clients, utilizing a deep understanding of banking products and services.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert on banking industry trends and regulations, staying up-to-date on changes and proactively communicating relevant information to clients.
  5. Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address complex client inquiries and issues, providing efficient and effective solutions.
  6. Work closely with other team members, including sales, operations, and support, to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
  7. Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction, sales targets, and quality standards.
  8. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience and increase efficiency and productivity.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of banking products, services, and processes.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field Is Required For The Client Advice Specialist Ii Role. This Demonstrates A Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles And The Ability To Analyze Complex Data.

  • Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry. This Will Showcase The Candidate's Ability To Effectively Communicate And Persuade Clients To Make Financial Decisions.

  • Remote Work Experience: As This Is A Remote Sales Role, The Candidate Should Have Prior Experience Working Remotely And Be Comfortable With Utilizing Virtual Communication Tools. This Will Ensure The Candidate Is Self-Motivated, Organized, And Able To Work Independently.
