Audit Manager

At ING Group, we are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of auditing principles and procedures. We are looking for a qualified professional with excellent problem-solving, communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and have a proven track record of successful audits. The Audit Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating our internal audits and ensuring that our audit processes are compliant with internal and external standards. They will work closely with our internal auditors and external stakeholders to ensure that our audit findings are accurate and timely. The Audit Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining our audit program, as well as monitoring changes in the external environment to ensure our audits are up to date and in compliance with relevant regulations. We are looking for a professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit management. CPA or CIA certification is preferred. The successful candidate will also possess strong project management and analytical skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate audit results to all stakeholders.
