- Manage and coordinate multiple projects within the organization, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all requirements.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
- Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
- Communicate project updates and deliverables to stakeholders and team members, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely reports on project progress to upper management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with company goals.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Identify and manage project risks and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices.
- Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and project management trends to continuously improve project delivery.
- Provide support to the Project Manager and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their project management skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Financial Industry
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines
Proficiency In Project Management Software And Tools, Such As Microsoft Project Or Jira, And Knowledge Of Agile Methodologies.
