Responsibilities:

1. Lead the successful implementation and deployment of Workday HCM projects.
2. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and address issues that arise.
3. Provide technical expertise and guidance on integration tools and techniques.
4. Work independently and collaboratively to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met.
6. Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to team members and stakeholders.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve Workday HCM issues.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday HCM best practices and industry trends.
10. Develop training materials for users to ensure proper usage and adoption of Workday HCM.
