- Lead the implementation of Workday HCM solutions for clients, ensuring successful and timely delivery according to project requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze client requirements, design solutions, and develop project plans.
- Configure Workday HCM modules based on client needs, ensuring the system meets their unique business requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing of the system to ensure accuracy and functionality, and provide training to clients on how to use Workday effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the implementation process.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Workday updates and enhancements, and make recommendations for incorporating them into client solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday HCM, providing guidance and support to colleagues and clients.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within Workday HCM.

- Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify potential clients and support business development efforts.

Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Workday Hcm: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have In-Depth Knowledge And Hands-On Experience With All Aspects Of Workday Hcm, Including But Not Limited To Core Hr, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, And Time Tracking.
Proven Experience Leading Workday Implementations: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering End-To-End Workday Hcm Implementation Projects For Large And Complex Organizations. This Includes Experience In All Project Phases, From Planning And Design To Testing And Deployment.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Best Practices: A Workday Hcm Lead Consultant Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Human Resources Processes And Best Practices, And Be Able To Apply This Knowledge To Configure And Optimize Workday For Clients.
