  2. Develop and implement test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
  3. Execute manual and automated tests to identify and report any defects or issues.
  4. Collaborate with developers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any identified problems.
  5. Utilize various testing tools and techniques to identify and report defects in a timely manner.
  6. Participate in requirement review meetings to understand project scope and ensure test coverage.
  7. Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
  8. Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in testing methodologies.
  10. Communicate test results and any potential risks to project stakeholders.
  11. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
  12. Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  13. Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless testing process.
  14. Follow established quality assurance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Computer Science Or A Related Field Is Essential For A Test Analyst Role At Infosys. This Ensures A Solid Foundation In Software Testing Principles And Techniques.

  • Previous Experience In Software Testing: Infosys Typically Requires A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Software Testing For A Test Analyst Position. This Experience Should Include Functional, Regression, And User Acceptance Testing.

  • Knowledge Of Testing Tools And Methodologies: A Strong Understanding Of Testing Tools And Methodologies Is Crucial For A Test Analyst At Infosys. This Includes Experience With Automation Testing Tools, Defect Tracking Systems, And Agile Methodologies.
