Storage Administrator

You must have a strong background in storage infrastructure such as SAN, NAS, and DAS, as well as experience in virtualization technologies, including VMware, Azure, and AWS. You should also have a good understanding of backup systems, storage management tools, and performance monitoring.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the Storage Administrator will be required to interact with a variety of personnel within the organization. Responsibilities:

1. Managing and maintaining storage infrastructure, including SAN, NAS, and DAS.
2. Utilizing virtualization technologies, such as VMware, Azure, and AWS.
3. Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting backup systems and storage management tools.
4. Performing performance monitoring and ensuring storage systems are optimized.
5. Creating and maintaining documentation related to storage systems.
6. Collaborating with other IT personnel to ensure storage systems are functioning optimally.
7. Responding to storage-related inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
8. Evaluating and recommending new storage technologies.
9. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
