Job Description

At Infosys, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Snowflake Administrator to join our team. We are a global leader in technology services and consulting, and we need the ideal candidate to utilize their expertise to help us maintain and develop our Snowflake data platform. The ideal Snowflake Administrator should have a strong background in software engineering, data engineering, and database technologies. They should be experienced with Snowflake cloud technologies, and have an understanding of data security, data warehousing, and data analysis. They must be comfortable working with large data sets and have a keen eye for details. Additionally, they should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Responsibilities of a Snowflake Administrator:

  1. Design, maintain, and develop Snowflake data platform.
  2. Monitor and maintain data security, data warehousing, and data analysis.
  3. Troubleshoot and debug issues related to the Snowflake data platform.
  4. Optimize the performance of data sets and databases.
  5. Create and maintain data models and data warehouse solutions.
  6. Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
  7. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and provide solutions.
  8. Work with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  9. Establish and maintain data governance processes.
  10. Ensure data compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
