  1. Design and develop ServiceNow solutions for clients using OMT expertise.
  2. Collaborate with team members to identify and solve complex problems.
  3. Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and functionality and apply them in project work.
  4. Effectively communicate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
  5. Use best practices to ensure high-quality, efficient and scalable code.
  6. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  7. Troubleshoot and debug technical issues as they arise.
  8. Continuously learn and improve skills in ServiceNow development and OMT concepts.
  9. Meet project deadlines and deliver solutions within agreed upon timelines.
  10. Collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  11. Contribute to the development of new tools, processes, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Proactively identify and suggest improvements for existing systems and processes.
  13. Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and their potential impact on ServiceNow solutions.
  14. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members when needed.
  15. Adhere to company coding standards and guidelines for consistency and maintainability of code.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency In Servicenow Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Servicenow Platform And Its Various Components Such As Configuration Management Database (Cmdb), Service Catalog, Incident Management, Etc. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing Custom Applications And Integrations Using Servicenow's Various Development Tools.

  • Knowledge Of Itsm Processes: It Is Important For The Omt Developer To Have A Good Understanding Of It Service Management (Itsm) Processes Such As Incident Management, Change Management, And Problem Management. This Knowledge Will Help Them In Developing Custom Workflows And Automations That Align With The Client's Itsm Processes.

  • Experience In Omt Implementation: The Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Implementing Servicenow Omt (Operational Management Transformation) Solutions For Clients. This Includes Understanding The Client's Business Requirements, Designing The Omt Solution, And Configuring The Servicenow Platform To Meet Those Requirements.

  • Strong Coding Skills: As An Omt Developer, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Coding Background With Experience In Javascript, Html, And Css. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing Servicenow Scripts, Business Rules, And Ui Policies To Customize And Enhance The Platform.

  • Communication And Teamwork: Working At Infosys Requires Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams. The Omt Developer Should Be Able To Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Work Collaboratively With Other Developers, Project Managers, And Business Analysts To Deliver High-Quality Solutions.
