- Lead the digital transformation efforts within the organization by designing and implementing innovative solutions using ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow platform and provide guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain architectural standards and best practices for ServiceNow implementation.
- Design and implement ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and IT Business Management.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend enhancements to existing ServiceNow processes and workflows.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the ServiceNow platform.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and updates in the ServiceNow platform and incorporate them into the organization's digital transformation strategy.
- Mentor and train junior team members on ServiceNow architecture and implementation best practices.
- Collaborate with vendors and stay updated on new technologies and tools that can enhance the organization's digital transformation efforts.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.
- Evaluate and recommend third-party integrations and tools to enhance the functionality of the ServiceNow platform.
- Conduct performance testing and optimization to ensure the smooth functioning of the ServiceNow platform.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues in ServiceNow implementation.
- Continuously monitor and improve the overall performance of the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Servicenow Architect, With At Least 2 Years Of Experience In The Omt (Operational Management Transformation) Module.
Expertise In Designing And Implementing Servicenow Solutions, Including Omt Applications Such As Incident Management, Change Management, And Configuration Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Itil Processes And Their Implementation In Servicenow, Along With Experience In Integrating Servicenow With Other It Systems.
Experience In Leading And Managing Servicenow Projects, Including Requirement Gathering, Solution Design, And Implementation.
Excellent Communication And Client-Facing Skills, With The Ability To Understand And Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions.
