  1. Develop and implement ServiceNow TSM solutions for clients in the telecom industry.

  3. Ensure high-quality code and documentation is delivered within project timelines.
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
  5. Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities, and recommend their implementation in client solutions.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow TSM.
  7. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  8. Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns.
  9. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to ServiceNow and telecom service management.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow TSM within the organization.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members on ServiceNow development best practices.
  13. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  14. Collaborate with other teams within the organization to identify cross-functional opportunities.
  15. Represent the company's values and maintain a positive working relationship with clients.
