  1. Develop and maintain ServiceNow TSM solutions for clients, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  2. Collaborate with the project team to design and implement innovative solutions that meet client requirements.
  3. Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation for ServiceNow TSM projects.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow TSM implementation.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve current ServiceNow TSM processes and procedures to optimize performance and efficiency.
  6. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in ServiceNow TSM and related technologies.
  7. Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  8. Communicate project status and updates to project managers and clients.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow TSM solutions.
  10. Provide technical expertise and support to other teams within the organization.
  11. Adhere to company standards and best practices in ServiceNow TSM development and implementation.
  12. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
  13. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively to meet project timelines.
  14. Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow TSM and provide guidance to clients and team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Servicenow: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Servicenow, With A Strong Understanding Of Its Various Modules And Capabilities.

  • Expertise In Telecom Service Management: The Candidate Must Have In-Depth Knowledge Of Telecom Service Management (Tsm) Processes, Including But Not Limited To Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, And Asset Management.

  • Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Hands-On Experience In Developing And Implementing Custom Solutions In Servicenow, Using Javascript, Html, Css, And Other Relevant Technologies.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Senior Developer, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing Servicenow Projects, Including Gathering Requirements, Designing Solutions, And Overseeing The Development And Testing Process.

  • Communication And Teamwork: Effective Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Crucial For This Role, As The Candidate Will Be Expected To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Business Stakeholders, Project Managers, And Other Developers. Strong Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities Are Also Important.
