Senior SAP CPI Consultant

Infosys is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior SAP CPI Consultant to join our team and help to maximize our customer’s success. In this role, you will work with a wide variety of customers to help them realize the full potential of SAP CPI. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is a great communicator.The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP CPI, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, and advanced knowledge of cloud technology and integration solutions. Expertise in SAP CPI is essential, as well as knowledge of web applications, APIs, and other integration technologies. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers to maximize their success with SAP CPI.
2. Analyze customer requirements and suggest solutions utilizing SAP CPI.
3. Develop cloud technology solutions and integration strategies.
4. Design and implement web applications, APIs, and integration technologies.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
6. Train customers on the use of SAP CPI.
7. Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
8. Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP CPI.
9. Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers.
10. Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
