Extensive Experience In Functional Consulting: A Senior Functional Consultant At Infosys Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Functional Consulting, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Delivery.
Expertise In Multiple Domains: The Candidate Should Possess Expertise In Multiple Domains Such As Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Or Customer Relationship Management. This Will Enable Them To Provide Holistic Solutions To Clients And Understand Their Business Needs.
Strong Business Acumen: A Senior Functional Consultant Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Business Processes And The Ability To Identify Areas For Improvement. They Should Also Have The Skills To Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions.
Project Management Skills: As A Senior Functional Consultant, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Complex Projects From Start To Finish. This Includes Creating Project Plans, Managing Resources, And Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Project Milestones.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Effective Communication And Collaboration With Clients And Team Members Are Essential For A Senior Functional Consultant.
