  1. Provide expert functional consulting services to clients in various industries.
  2. Analyze client business processes and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  3. Develop and implement solutions to address client needs, utilizing industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
  8. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  9. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during project execution.
  10. Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations, and networking events.
  11. Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and methodologies.
  12. Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of learning and growth.
  13. Represent Infosys as a thought leader in functional consulting through conferences, webinars, and other speaking engagements.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and ethical standards.
  15. Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed client expectations.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Functional Consulting: A Senior Functional Consultant At Infosys Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Functional Consulting, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Large-Scale Projects.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Business Processes: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Business Processes, Such As Sales, Procurement, Finance, And Supply Chain. They Should Also Be Able To Identify And Analyze Process Improvement Opportunities For Clients.

  • Proficiency In Software Implementation And Configuration: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience In Implementing And Configuring Software Solutions, Such As Erp Systems, Crm Systems, Or Other Business Applications. They Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of Software Development Life Cycle (Sdlc) Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Client Management Skills: A Senior Functional Consultant Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Understand Their Requirements, And Manage Their Expectations. They Should Also Be Able To Lead Client Meetings And Presentations Confidently.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Analytical Mindset And Be Able To Think Critically To Identify And Solve Complex Business Problems. They Should Also Have A Data-Driven Approach To Decision-Making And Be Able To Present Insights And Recommendations To Clients.
